ways to love winter

We spent a fun filled weekend in [quiet] Door County and I was reminded of why - despite the cold - I love winter! We went sledding and snowshoeing, watched movies by the warmth of the fire, painted and created with the kiddos, ate good food, drank tasty wine, and simply shared a beautiful couple of days with some of our dearest friends. Life is good when it's shared with those we love, and we came home feeling thankful for all that we have.

Satchmo was made for winter, he LOVES the snow.
